Winemaker’s Dinner at Bon Niche Cellars

Join us on the patio for a catered dinner by Chef Mike of Knife&Fork. Guests will enjoy a five-course paired meal with Melani’s new releases! Our hilltop provides the perfect west-facing sunset views over wine country. While you’re here, meet winery pig Gilbert or our newest addition, Blondie the lamb!

2022 “Allonsy” Viognier // Prosciutto and melon with truffled pecorino, marcona almonds and bantúes vinegar reduction.

2022 “Brava” Malbec rosé // Fresh nutmeg and pear sous vide with honied ricotta/chèvre on baguette.

2019 “Flagship” Malbec // Aguachiles with cardamom and gojuchang marinated radishes.

2018 “Windows” Petit Verdot // Bison tartare with lime juice, shallots, capers, cilantro, creamy smoked chipotle aioli, sous vide egg yolk and crispy flour tortillas.

2019 “Sunset” Cabernet Franc // Smoked watermelon burnt ends with lemon garlic aioli, corn nuts, fried green tomato and chimichurri.

2022 “HomePort” // Trifle with milk chocolate and puffed rice.
