Enjoy an intimate evening with our owners and Winemaker while having a perfectly paired menu with Derby Wine Estates Wines! Chef Nick Holguin of Junction Tapas and Wine Bar has put together a beautiful menu to highlight some of our Fall 2024 Release wines.

1st Course – Scallop Bechemel with Jamon Iberico and House Bread Crumb paired with 2022 Marsanne

2nd Course – Coca (Spanish Savory Flatbread) with Mighty Cap Mushrooms, Carmelized Onions, Manchego and Gruyere paired with 2022 Pinot Noir

3rd Course – Lechon (Roasted Suckling Pig) with Roasted Fingerling Potatoes with Paprika and Garlic with Implico and Fruit Gastrique paired with 2020 Implico (Bordeaux Blend)

4th Course – Olea Arbequina Olive Oil and Chocolate Cake with Fresh Cream and Fruit paired with 2018 Maneater
