Wine Camp 2020

Winemaking is an art form that encompasses agriculture, science, and creativity. Journey with Winemaker Kevin Sass as he deconstructs five Halter Ranch wines, the unique processes in which they are made and the special qualities that each contributes to the world of wine!

This exclusive, in-person, winemaking workshop will feature the 2016 Libelle Sparkling, 2019 Picpoul Blanc, 2014 Malbec, 2016 Ancestor and our 2018 Petit Verdot.

At the conclusion of the Camp, guests will be invited to take a tour of the vineyard by way of the Halter Ranch Railroad while enjoying a glass of our 2019 Rosé.

Guests will be seated by individual reservations at a private table with social distancing guidelines in place. All guests will be required to wear face coverings until seated. Once seated, you may take off your coverings and enjoy this one of a kind experience.

Registration starts at 3:30pm, the seminar will begin at 3:45pm and will conclude at 5:00pm with the Halter Ranch Train Departure at 5:15pm (We plan to make two trips to keep everyone safely apart.).
