Truffle Hunt and Wine/Cheese Pairing Lunch

In 2015 we planted 10 acres of Holly Oak trees inoculated with spores of Black Winter truffles. After 7 years of waiting, our truffles are producing their first fruit! Fruiting season takes place for a short window in the winter. The hunt will begin at 10:00am and be lead by The Truffle Dog Co from Seattle, Wa. Tickets to join us are extremely limited. We will be doing this both 3/5 and 3/6.

After hunting for truffles, we’ll head downtown to the Caelesta tasting room for a cheese and charcuterie pairing by LouLou Cheese Girl. (https://www.louloucheesegirl.com).
