The Beaune Rangers Paso Pinot Tasting Seminar

We invite you to come to this exclusive panel, seminar and tasting where we will discuss the history and never-ending story behind Paso Robles sourced and produced Pinot Noirs.
The journey was started by Marc Goldberg among the Paso Robles “Grand Crew”, he then developed the “Paso Pinot Producers” event. We are bringing back the event for you to complete one of his legacy dreams since 1988 when Marc planted his roots and started his Paso Pinot dream with wife Maggie D’Ambrosia.
We will start with a blank page, no perception blind tasting of 4 Paso Pinot Noirs along with their winemakers and one non-Paso Pinot Noir. Our goal is to show the nuances, differences and similarities between styles, Paso and non paso AVAs, and have a conversation about why Paso Pinot is the perfect place to emphasize all that is awesome about this delicious little grape. The event will be moderated by Chicago local, Kevin Mohalley, a longtime member of The Confrérie des Chevaliers du Tastevin. Kevin will guide you and the winemakers along a path of intriguing topics, stories and educational entertainment which will be good for serious industry tasters and amateur fun-havers as well.
This event will be hosted at Castoro Cellars banquet room and will start at 1PM. Check-in will begin around 12:15, once all the wines have been poured. There will be food on site for purchase before and after the event as well.

Limited Industry tickets available for $25
