Supper Club: Rib Fest

Kick-off Wine Festival weekend with pork ribs and all of the fixings! A few important details: your ticket includes a private, socially distanced table for your group outside on our patio. Heaters and blankets will be provided, but jackets are encouraged. Ticket prices include dinner, tip and one glass of wine. Additional bottles/glasses will be available for purchase. We have two seatings available: 6pm and 6:30.

Canapé:
Smashed peas & farmer’s cheese crostini; Gigante beans with olive oil & citrus

Dinner:
Slow-cooked pork ribs
Polenta Fritters with cheddar & scallions
Garden salad, shaved root vegetables, mustard vinaigrette
Grilled asparagus & red onions, crushed blackberries
Fennel & sea salt focaccia

Dessert:
Cherry custard cake & Ice cream

Wines: your choice of our 2020 Rosé or 2018 Reserve Super Paso
