Supper Club: Surf N’ Turf

Our rendition of the traditional ‘Surf N’ Turf’ menu includes oysters, pork sausages and big-eye tuna! A few important details: your ticket includes a private, socially distanced table for your group with a mix of indoor and outdoor dining. Each ticket price includes dinner, tip and wine. Additional bottles/glasses will be available for purchase. Two seatings available: 6pm and 6:30pm.

Canapé
Grilled half-shell pacific gold oysters; Big-eye tuna tartare

Dinner
Grilled shrimp and garlicky pork sausages
Grilled peppers and squash with olive oil-poached big-eye tuna and lots of fresh herbs (like lots of fresh herbs)
New potatoes boiled in a zesty crawfish bouillon
Heirloom tomatoes, shaved onions, garden herbs, buttermilk dressing
Sweet corn and scallion focaccia
