Supper Club: Wild King Salmon

Celebrate the start of summer with a Wild King Salmon dinner accompanied by seasonal garden-fresh ingredients. A few important details: your ticket includes a private, socially distanced table for your group with a mix of indoor and outdoor dining. Each ticket price includes dinner, tip and wine. Additional bottles/glasses will be available for purchase. Two seatings available: 6pm and 6:30pm.

Canapé:
Salmon tartare crostini; endive leaves with herbed soft cheese

Dinner:
Wild King Salmon, pink peppercorn + anchovy butter
Roasted cauliflower with olives, sesame
Figs, shaved onions, arugula, estate olive oil
Seaweed focaccia

Dessert:
Stone fruit shortcake and homemade ice cream
