Alma, our Le Cordon Bleu graduate Resident Chef, spent a week this summer in an intensive culinary program in the beautiful city of Oaxaca, Mexico. This part of Mexico is renowned for its unique regional flavors and numerous award-winning restaurants. Chef Alma returned with some exciting recipe ideas, a batch of local spices and unbridled enthusiasm to apply her classic French training to create an Old World / New World experience just for our guests!
