Beef Tenderloin Tartare with 2023 XCV Viognier | beef tenderloin, dehydrated chorizo, fennel, local honey, rice cracker

Picture the magic of a late Sunday morning and sipping on an array of Summertime wines including our entire line-up of new white & rosé wines from the 2023 vintage. We will feature a “blockbuster” new Jada wine, the 2023 Lotus Eaters Sauvignon Blanc, and the second vintage of our critically acclaimed VIII VIII Chardonnay.

Last year’s brunch was one of our favorite food events of the past couple of years and we expect to top our previous effort with the finest lineup of white & rosé wines we have ever produced and some of our favorite reds from our current releases.
