Restaurant Month at THO January 30 – February 5

Thomas Hill Organics is featuring a new menu by a different chef each week for this year’s Restaurant Month. The week of Sunday, January 30 – Saturday, February 5 we will feature Chef Nick Jaasiorkowski and Chef Sandra Alfaro’s menu. Guests will enjoy a winter salad of spinach, pomegranate, crispy prosciutto, pecorino and pine nuts, followed by a Local Halibut with Nick’s Gnocchi, and a Raspberry Tart for dessert.
