Summer Pairing Menu Series

We’re thrilled to introduce our Summer Pairing Menu Series with offerings from June 22nd – August 21st. Winemaker Dan Smith and Chef Roberto Lavarini have collaborated on a curated tasting flight with food pairing bites to elevate your VSJ experience. The menu will update every 3 weeks with new wines and new bites. This experience will be limited to 24-30 seats Thursday – Monday and a 6 person max.
