Pinot Noir Winemaker Dinner
This intimate dinner will focus on the past, present and future of our Pinot Noir program. We farm 33 acres of Pinot Noir at Jespersen Ranch in the Edna Valley and the tasting menu will be specifically curated to highlight the unique qualities we find in this cool, fog-laden site. Guests will be greeted with a reception of passed appetizers and magnum wine service before moving to the Craft Winery for dinner. NINER Executive Chef Chris Closser and Winemaker Molly Bohlman worked together to create an unforgettable night of food and wine pairings designed to complement some of Molly’s favorite wines from our current portfolio and library.
