Wine & Dine Around: Chef Rachel X Edible SLO Mag

Thibido Winery has partnered with a collection of incredible women-owned businesses for a good time. Chef Rachel Ponce and Edible SLO Magazine invite present an afternoon of delicious food and wine pairings celebrating five badass female winemakers, with music by Electric Violinist Emily V and DJ Jteeny, held inside the not-yet-open Frunchroom.

Chef Rachel will be preparing small bites to pair with the wines of five female-run wineries from the area:

Nancy Gonzales of Ulloa Winery
Alana Suroff of Tribeca Wine Collective
Gib­sey Beckett of Thibido
Arianna Spoto of Arianna
Melanie of Bon Niche Cellars.
Meet these amazing female leaders, taste their wines, and experience a food pairing designed to pair with both the wine and the woman who was part of its creation.

Not just a chance to taste some great wine and food, this event offers the opportunity to get a first look at Paso’s soon to be favorite culinary mecca, Frunchroom. Opening in June 2023 this multipurpose building will be home of the Pair With Dining Experience, Rachel’s Lunchtime Tapas Bar, Primal Meat Company, and Cellar Fermentation.
