The goal of the Simonit&Sirch Pruning Schools is to make you discover the art of the grapevine pruning and create a moment of sharing with other vine lovers, focusing on the grapevine.

Through a theoretical lesson you’ll discover the consequences of the annual pruning inside the plant structure, during the practical lesson you’ll understand and apply the Simonit&Sirch Pruning Methodology hands on the plant.

During whole the Pruning School a Simonit&Sirch technician will guide you in the application of pruning techniques to safeguard the health, longevity and sustainability of your vines and your vineyard.
