Neil Collins and Eric Connolly of the Hatch
This week, we’re excited to host Eric Connolly, one of Tablas Creek’s first tasting room attendants and current co-owner of The Hatch ★ Rotisserie & Bar on Tasting with Neil Live on Tablas Creek’s Facebook and YouTube pages.
Eric and Neil have a long history as friends and supporters of the Paso Robles’ lifestyle. We thought it would be fun to open up wines from the vintages Eric poured when he worked in our tasting room: a 2003 Esprit de Beaucastel next to the current vintage, a 2018 Esprit de Tablas. We’ll open with our newly bottled 2020 Marsanne.
