Meditation 101 at Still Waters

This program, led by Carmen Rose of Yoga Inward, is taught in 4, weekly 1 ½ hour sessions. Participants will learn how a simple practice can help reduce stress, bring clarity to the mind, and cultivate care and compassion toward oneself and others. Class will cover the different meditation styles, mindfulness, compassion toward others and self, deep listening, and the importance of formal and informal practice.
This event is a 4-week program held outside, up at our bridal cabin nestled amongst the vines and gardens. Tuesday May 7th, 14th, 21st, and 28th. You won’t want to miss this unique experience. Class is $135. Space is very limited.
