Enjoy an evening of flavor, starting with a smoked salmon salad paired with our crisp Chenin Blanc, followed by Chef Joe White’s signature succulent roasted pig served with our unique Cabernet-Syrah blend, Le Rendez-Vous, and finishing with a fruit-forward bread pudding and our Muscat-style Fleur d’Orange.
