Join Varinder and Anita Sahi on Saturday, June 14th, to celebrate Father’s Day Weekend with an elegantly paired winemaker dinner curated by Chef Jeffrey Scott.

This beautiful evening begins on our crush pad as the sky approaches the golden hour. You’ll enjoy passed appetizers and a preview of Copia’s new Rosé alongside goregous views of Copia’s Adelaida Estate Vineyard.

At 7 pm, we continue into the Cellar Room for a curated four-course culinary experience by renowned local Chef Jeffery Scott. Each course is perfectly designed to pair with a selection of Copia’s wines, including the limited production 2021 The Pursuit Syrah (96 pts, Jeb Dunnuck, James Suckling).

This inspired and elegant dining experience is the perfect way to celebrate the imminent arrival of summer and all the the dads and grads in your life!
