Join us at the Dresser Winery Estate Villa situated at the highest point of our estate overlooking our entire vineyard with views for miles. This intimate 50-person 4-course wine paired dinner will evoke the architecture of our Spanish style Villa Estate House.

Along with the architecture of our Villa, the food and experience will be inspired by the fun and creativity of the La Tomatina festival which takes place outside of Valencia, Spain every summer. La Tomatina celebrates Spanish heritage with the world’s largest tomato food fight! No, we won’t have our own tomato food fight but we will be featuring an amazing menu of Spanish-inspired dishes crafted by Chef Ryan Swarthout, Dresser Wines pairing and live music!

Heirloom Tomato Gazpacho with Puff Pastry Cracker and Cucumber Relish

Salad Course:
Jamon Iberico and Peach Salad with Arugula, Shaved Manchego and Spanish Olive Oil

Entree:
Slow Braised Short Ribs with Mini Spanish Tortilla, Roasted Asparagus and Romesco Sauce
Vegetarian: No Short Rib

Dessert:
Spanish Olive Oil Cake with Lemon and Almonds with Fresh Mixed Berries and Whipped Cream
