Chef’s Virtual Home Table – Valentine’s Edition
To celebrate Valentine’s Day, we are once again teaming up with the fabulous and Michelin-trained Chef Tucker Ricchio from Truffle Shuffle, to bring you an amazing cooking and dining experience from the comfort of your home!
Tuesday, February 14th at 6 pm grab your crush or bestie and learn to create Wild Mushroom Gnocchi from scratch! The handmade gnocchi will be served with an irresistible brown butter sage sauce with wild mushrooms pan-fried to golden brown perfection, topped with Truffle Carpaccio, and accompanied by the perfect wine. Learn from a pro all the techniques for creating this mouthwatering dish and add it to your repertoire for years to come!
Kits create two (2) servings and are $189 and $169 for Collective Members (shipping included). Each kit includes:
• Everything needed for two servings of Wild Mushroom Gnocchi.
• Host Chef Tucker, from Truffle Shuffle, and Sarah Farley, from ONX Wines, to walk you through the cooking and wine pairings
• Bottle of 2020 Indie Blanc to sip on while preparing a meal.
• Bottle of 2018 A.V.A.trix, Pinot Noir from Zotovich Vineyard, to pair with the Wild Mushroom Gnocchi.
Email invites for the Zoom tasting will be sent a few days prior to the tasting. All orders must be placed by Tuesday, January 31st, to ensure the kits arrive in time for the 14th. Food and wine ship separately. Wine will ship Monday, February 6th and food kits will ship Wednesday, February 8th.
