Celebrate California Wine Month at CASS every Thursday this September! From 5:30-7:30PM we will keep the doors open for you with live music and a gourmet wine & food flight developed by our in-house Chef & Sommelier that consists of 3 wines paired with 3 small bites.

This is a chance to check out our new Barrel Room that is nestled amongst the vines. We are ready to roll up the doors and let the magic of September nights waft in as we watch the sun set over the hills and enjoy LIVE MUSIC.

This kid favorite is going to take you back in time as it leaves your adult taste buds craving more! A blend of orecchiette pasta in a white creamy cheese sauce enhanced with bits of truffles, topped with bread crumbs and finished with white truffle oil

Moon Pie
How every elementary student wished there school lunch would end! This take on the classic treat is a house-made oatmeal cookie topped with our signature marshmallow fluff and dipped in dark chocolate ganache
