Join us on the Saturday evening of President’s Day Weekend for our annual dinner that all foodies and wine lovers will enjoy. Come gather inside our winery in Tin City where that wonderful, warm cellar aroma fills the air and your glass is never empty. Enjoy passed appetizers followed by a four-course meal by Chef & Owner of Ember Restaurant, Brian Collins paired with limited-release and library Caliza wines that you can’t taste anywhere else.
