Start with a demonstration by the winemaker of the critical steps required in making ultra-premium sparkling wine. Then give it a try yourself! We’ll provide the apron and the safety glasses while you finish your very own bottle of sparkling wine to take home after the event.

Then sit down for a comparative tasting of three caviars with three Vino Vargas sparkling wines.
