This class is designed as an adjunct to recovery programs. Here we take it beyond the ninth step for an in-depth practice of Steps 10-12—spiritual maintenance. Through meditation and mindfulness techniques, we begin to understand that our thoughts are not the sum total of who we are. We learn to break free of the old paradigm of limiting beliefs about ourselves and others. With this, comes the freedom and the ability to create a new story – an empowering story. This class is not about where you came from and how you got here. This class is about where you’re going and how to get there. You learn to leave behind the prison of your past to become the pioneer of your future. Come and join us with the wonderment of a beginner’s mind and a willingness to journey into self-discovery.

$35. Space is limited. Book online at www.YogaInward.com or call 805-296-1287. Please meet at Studios’ Railroad Street entrance. Wear comfortable clothing.
