2016 Cavern Select Cabernet Sauvignon
Our 2016 Cavern Select Cabernet Sauvignon has aromas of black currant, sweet tobacco and spice. Flavors of dried blueberries, cedar, and dark chocolate complement this wine’s fine-grained tannins and balanced acidity.

2017 Cavern Select Syrah
Our 2017 Cavern Select Syrah has notes of brandied cherries, brown sugar, and chocolate on the nose. Flavors of blackberry cobbler and coffee fill out this round, full bodied wine. The wine has beautiful dusty tannins and a soft lingering finish.

2018 Cavern Select Chardonnay
Our 2018 Cavern Select Chardonnay has aromas preserved lemon, spiced apples and caramel. A rich and creamy mid palate complements a lingering toasted oak finish.
